Hundreds of wonderful beaches in Thailand

The beaches in Thailand are good reason for many people visit. While they have all pretty much white sand, calm seas and warm water, there are also many variations to choose so we will " which one is the best? " Well, it's all really a matter of taste and it could be different choice for each person . As beaches go, the north end of Chaweng Beach on Samui is one of our all time favorite place. However, Samui is it could be one of the most expensive destinations in Thailand, with very few to see and do away from the beach.

Phuket is one of Thailand's most developed beach resorts recently, this means there are a many options of accommodations in all price categories, as well as a few more distractions once you leave the beach. But that is high level of development is because there are a lot of tourists to serve. Phuket is not the place to avoid from it all.

Finally our personal favorite is the little known as Songkhla provincial town in the deep south side. The beach is rather "wild", with the occasional rock outcrop, but it's natural wind-swept beauty is precisely why it appeals. Few tourists frequent this part of Thailand, there are many interesting sights around town as well as further a field.

Exactly, there is no point in visit the beach if it is going to rain. All of Thailand is subject to the seasonal cycle, but it peaks in different destinations at different times. See our Phuket versus Samui weather trend for a simple comparison of the seasonal rainfall averages for both of the most popular destination places.
